Insurance Assessments/Pre-Certifications Upon request from individual insurance companies, our registered nurses make a home visit to perform an independent assessment of an individual’s current physical and cognitive health status, and level of mobility and independent function, in order to determine eligibility for long term care placement or other insurance program options. The completed assessments are returned to the insurance companies within 24 hours of completion. |
