24-Hour On-Call Skilled Nursing Services (Including Emergency Response) are offered to individuals with serious health problems requiring physician-ordered, specialized nursing care not accessible under the State Plan for Medical Assistance. Services include the monitoring of medical status, medication administration, adjunct medical treatment, consultation with family members, staff, and with others involved in the care and programming of the individual.
