Akin to traditional "Foster Care", Sponsored Residential Home services for MR and DD Waiver recipients are provided by a certified care-giver in the context of a private home setting. At present, Sponsored Residential Home Services are only available to individuals over the age of 18. Plans are being made to accommodate children in need of this type of service.
